The agency seeks a qualified vendor to provide real estate brokerage, transaction management, and strategic real estate planning services. The selected contractor will support agency staff on real estate initiatives involving property acquisitions, disposals, lease acquisitions, negotiations, examination of space utilization, and overall strategic planning for property usage.

Services to be provided may include strategic planning for space needs, market research, data analytics, site location and market analysis, lease procurement, project management, and space planning. Additional responsibilities could encompass facilities assessments related to the acquisition, sale, or lease of properties, property management services, relocation and move management, and tenant representation including landlord negotiations. The contractor may also be asked to recommend strategies to optimize portfolio costs and efficiencies, analyze build-versus-buy or lease options, and facilitate strategic real estate planning for both leased and state-owned properties in alignment with Commonwealth budget cycles, including provision of onsite staff when necessary.
