The agency is seeking a comprehensive, evidence-based reading universal screening solution designed for administration to K–5 students three times per year. The solution must identify students’ early literacy skill needs, provide aligned tiered instruction based on screening data, and comply with all relevant requirements. It should include both universal screening and progress monitoring capabilities.

The system must offer differentiated instructional resources that support Tier 1 instruction and align with the Science of Reading. It should generate real-time, printable reports at student, class, school, and district levels, and support longitudinal reporting over multiple years for individuals and groups. Integration with student information systems via an API, with automated or custom data sync scheduling, is required.

Additionally, the provider must offer both on-site and online training options, including refresher sessions as needed. The contract is anticipated to be for one year.
