(1) Vendor needs to provide rail simulation digital model system.– Provide software solution and consulting support to build a detailed digital model of how the rail system operates to simulate rail service.– The software is used to write regular rail schedules and all adjusted rail schedules for special events or to accommodate construction work on the tracks.– Testing plan for validation tests of the software and digital model for all rail lines.– The consultant will facilitate the provision of two per–seat licenses for use of the rail simulation software and software support.– Software must have the capacity to simulate existing track infrastructure, signaling system, rail facilities and rolling stock capabilities.– Software must have the capacity to export data generated in running scenarios.– Arrangements for meetings with stakeholders for data and information required on the rail system.– Data gathering on rail system infrastructure and rail vehicles.– Software must allow a minimum of 2 simultaneous software users.– Software must have the capacity to export data generated in running scenarios.– Modelling rail system in the simulation software.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than December 05, 2025.
