Vendor needs to provide RADx award management service. The objective of this requirement is to provide consortium management support for multiple medical technology projects utilizing RADx Innovation Funnel principles. The capabilities statement must specifically address each project requirement separately: Demonstrated experience with consortium management requirements of a similar scale, developing medical technologies for the federal government. Demonstrated ability to establish and manage up to 80 awards during a 12–month period, most running concurrently. Describe the processes used to fund and manage awards to medical technology developers. Describe how the organization manages awardee timelines and negotiates, oversees, and supports deliverables–based awards. CVs detailing the professional qualifications of technical, entrepreneurial, and medical device experts, award and financial experts, and other personnel as it relates to the above outlined requirements. A description of general and specific facilities and equipment currently available, including computer equipment and software.
