A consortium management partner is sought to provide award management services for multiple RADx medical technology projects guided by RADx Innovation Funnel principles. The selected organization will support the oversight and administration of numerous medical technology development awards, particularly for federal government initiatives.

Applicants must demonstrate proven experience managing consortia of comparable scale, specifically those involving the advancement of medical technologies. The organization should be capable of establishing and managing up to 80 concurrent awards within a twelve-month period. Expertise in the funding and oversight of medical technology development projects, the management of awardee timelines, and the negotiation and administration of deliverables-based contracts is required.

Proposals should outline the processes used to fund and manage awards, as well as describe facilities, equipment, computer resources, and relevant software available for supporting this work. Submitted materials should include CVs or credentials of key personnel, demonstrating technical, entrepreneurial, and financial expertise relevant to medical device innovation and award management.
