Vendor needs to provide radio frequency identification tracking system. • Provide hardware, software, implementation and support of a radio frequency identification (RFID) based tracking system to track critical election supplies and equipment. • Implement a RFID based system with easier to read and detect labels, real–time notification of the election item when delivered or returned and easier to use scanning technology for election event staff. • Account for and track up to 2000 mobile supply carts and/or skidded/packaged supplies in election warehouse. • Confirm in real–time the delivery of supply carts to each location throughout the City • Confirm the return of election supply carts to the warehouse post–election. • Verify inventory of specific items (marked ballots, USB flash drives) stored in secured area of the warehouse and software) and provide initial training of staff on how to use the system • Improve the ease of scanning critical items and reduce the incidence of human error in accounting for and scanning supply items. • Must include a web–interface for remote connections.
