(1) Vendor needs to provide radiation treatment plan evaluation and second check software. – To review, select, and implement a system that meets regulatory guidelines for radiation treatment planning evaluation and second calculation checks. – System data and reports must be capable of integration with the department’s radiation therapy information system, Varian Aria v16. – The system must be capable of using the TPS API for automated processes. – The software solution must not require any additional hardware or servers. – Monte–Carlo based secondary 3D dose calculation (photons and electrons). – Elekta gamma knife and gamma plan software. (2) All the questions must be submitted no later than December 30, 2025. (3) The contract period will be for five years.
