Vendor needs to provide racial justice act data analytical support solution. Accurate and comprehensive case data with a case management system (CMS) is essential for evaluating trends, improving case processing, and ensuring the equitable administration of justice. Conduct statistical analysis of criminal charging and outcomes. Construct an analytically usable database. Identify additional databases to locate missing data features. Reconstruct the CMS at the case–defendant level. Produce dashboards and visualizations that are of strategic value. Create customized reports and assist in public records requests. Produce dashboards with anonymized data for public consumption. All questions must be submitted no later than January 27, 2026. The contract period will be for one year.
