The project will center community voices across generations and backgrounds, with the aim of fostering public engagement through screenings and facilitated dialogue sessions.

The selected production team will be responsible for all aspects of professional video and audio capture, including supporting interview direction from both technical and production standpoints. This involves setup, framing, sound, pacing, and ensuring high-quality technical execution throughout the process. Responsibilities also include post-production editing, assembly, color correction, audio balancing, and the creation of a comprehensive shot list and visual approach.

In addition, the vendor must ensure the final product is accessible with ADA-compliant captioning and deliver all final and promotional assets suitable for public distribution. Experienced creative leads, content advisors, and story developers are expected to collaborate in shaping the project's narrative and technical vision.
