A vendor is sought to provide professional services aimed at reviewing, correcting, and stabilizing an organization's existing QuickBooks Online accounting system. The selected vendor will conduct a thorough review of the current QuickBooks file, evaluating system configuration, chart of accounts, and identifying any data integrity issues such as misclassified, duplicate, or missing transactions, unreconciled accounts, and discrepancies in receivables, payables, payroll, and sales tax.

Services will include comprehensive data cleanup and corrections, proper transaction classification, resolution of duplicates or errors, reconciliation of balance sheet accounts, and corrections to accounts receivable and payable balances. Deliverables will encompass a thoroughly cleaned and reconciled QuickBooks accounting system, accurate financial statements for specified periods, a written assessment and cleanup summary, adjustment and reconciliation support, and final project closeout documentation. The contract will be for a period of one year.
