(1) Vendor needs to provide queuing and virtual line management system.– System measures actual wait time from check–in to counter service.– Validate reporting includes both wait time and transaction time for total service duration.– Verify that the system logs and stores tracking data.– Validate dashboards show number waiting, workstations open, wait times, and total wait time.– Software runs on microsoft windows environment and supported browsers.– Verify alerts trigger when wait times, and number of idle stations are exceeded.– System tracks date and time, user account, IP address, and type of transaction.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than December 1, 2025.(3) A pre–bid conference will be held on November 21, 2025.
