The selected vendor will provide design and layout services for a quarterly activity guide under a one-year contract. Services will include graphic design, page layout, and incorporation of stock images supplied by the consultant. The city will provide camera-ready advertising for inclusion in the guide, and the vendor should be capable of revising and refining PDF files and other digital images.
The vendor must submit suggested front cover concepts with the first proof copy to the designated city contact. Photos must be provided in high-resolution digital format. Final files must be suitable for upload to the printer’s InSite prepress web portal or comparable prepress software.
The guide will use an 8 1/4 by 10 1/4 inch bleed booklet format. Page counts may vary based on content, typically ranging from 48 to 52 pages for fall, winter, and spring editions and approximately 72 pages for the summer edition. Each edition will include full-color front and back covers. Questions must be submitted by August 10, 2026, and the proposal deadline is August 17, 2026.
