The vendor will collaborate with both delivery and platform teams to address performance issues, facilitate remediation and retesting, and develop and maintain test automation scripts for desktop, web, mobile applications, APIs, and data platforms. Responsibilities also encompass collecting and reporting test metrics, integrating automated testing into continuous integration and deployment pipelines, and offering strategic consulting to optimize QA functions. Additional support includes test case development, test data coordination, and environment management. The contract duration is three years.
