The District of Columbia Courts, on behalf of the District of Columbia Court of Appeals and in cooperation with the Information Technology Division, seeks a qualified contractor to provide quality assurance and software testing services. The selected contractor will supply two mid-level Quality Assurance and Software Testers to support the implementation of the Court of Appeals Case Management System, a web-based enterprise application.
The engaged QA professionals will work as part of a project team to ensure the new case management system functions accurately, reliably, and securely according to specified requirements. Responsibilities include conducting software testing in line with the provided work statement and collaborating with ITD staff to thoroughly validate all system features and workflows.
