Responsibilities include complete development of the display design—encompassing shell selection, firing sequences, and overall show choreography—as well as incorporating musical elements. A minimum of three rounds of design revisions is required to ensure the show aligns with event objectives. The initial contract period is for one year, with an optional pre-bid meeting scheduled and a question submission deadline ahead of final proposals.
