The Port of California is seeking a qualified vendor to provide comprehensive pump station control systems and SCADA (Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition) software solutions. The selected vendor will be responsible for delivering technology solutions, ongoing maintenance, and IT expertise to support the Port's daily operations.

Key services include the development of reusable programmable logic controller (PLC) templates and Human–Machine Interface (HMI) graphics, ensuring operator familiarity and consistency across all Port assets. The vendor will also be required to perform troubleshooting, calibration, repairs, and component replacements within the SCADA system, adhering to established service level requirements.

Expertise in Wonderware (AVEVA) platform upgrades and enhancements is essential, with a focus on continuous improvement of system monitoring, alerts, and reporting functionalities. Strong collaboration skills are required to work with stakeholders to define operational requirements and establish scalable, maintainable control system designs for multiple pump stations.

This opportunity is for a one-year contract.
