(1) Vendor needs to provide pump station control systems and supervisory control and data acquisition (SCADA) software. – Providing the Port with technology solutions, maintenance and information technology (IT) expertise to support day–to–day business operations. – Developing reusable programmable logic controller (PLC) templates and Human–Machine Interface (HMI) graphics to ensure operator familiarity across all Port assets. – Demonstrated ability to perform troubleshooting, calibration, repairs, and component replacement within a SCADA system in accordance with service level requirements. – Expertise with Wonderware (AVEVA) platform upgrades, enhancements, and continuous improvement of monitoring, alerts, and reporting. – Experience collaborating with stakeholders to clarify operational requirements and establish consistent designs that are resilient, maintainable, and scalable across multiple pump stations (2) All the questions must be submitted no later than January 13, 2026. (3) The contract period will be for one year. (4) Pre–proposal meeting will be held on January 06, 2026.
