RFI for software to support peer review and quality assurance of pulmonary diagnostic interpretations in British Columbia.
(1) Vendor needs to provide pulmonary function peer review software. – Agency is seeking information, through this RFI process, from interested parties for the supply of pulmonary function peer review software to support the evaluation of pulmonary diagnostic interpretations. – This software will facilitate retrospective review, quality assurance, and inter–observer consistency among interpreting physicians. • Functionalities: – Randomized retrospective review of interpreted studies. – Assessment of report completeness and accuracy. – Documentation and tracking of discrepancies between original and reviewed interpretations. – Annual evaluation of inter–observer variability. – Integration with Diagnostic Accreditation Program (DAP) standards. – Support for remote electronic interpretation and access. • Technical requirements: – Compatibility with existing diagnostic systems and workflows. – Secure data storage and transmission. – User–friendly interface for physicians and administrators – Customizable reporting and analytics features – Compliance with relevant data protection regulations (2) All the questions must be submitted no later than December 23, 2025.
