DESCRIPTION
The selected vendor will provide a modern, integrated asset and maintenance management system to support road maintenance and fleet services operations. The system is expected to be web-based and accessible from multiple locations, enabling support for multiple divisions within public works, with granular user roles and permission levels.
Key system features should include real-time or near real-time data accessibility across all modules. The solution must manage a diverse range of assets such as fleet vehicles (including both heavy-duty equipment and light-duty vehicles), roadway and related infrastructure, signage and striping assets, and incorporate a pavement management module. Additional requirements include comprehensive work management capabilities (work planning, scheduling, and resource allocation), fleet and infrastructure management, as well as robust inventory, parts, materials, and fuel management components.
