A government authority in Woodbine, GA is seeking construction services for a new public works and fleet building project. The scope of work encompasses comprehensive site development, including the installation of paved and unpaved parking areas, underground water and sewer services, a site lighting system, a new irrigation system, a fuel island, chain link fencing, an automatic gate system, a flag pole, sidewalks, field grading, stormwater management features such as a detention pond and swales, landscaping, and associated electrical systems for parking lot lighting, including lighting poles, fixtures, circuits, controls, and electrical panels.
