(1) Vendor needs to provide public works and fleet building construction service to the government authority located in Woodbine, GA. • Work:– Disturbance of 11.2 Acres of 22 Acre site.– New entry drive from Georgia Highway 110, paved parking areas, underground water and sewer services, site lighting system, installation of new paved and unpaved parking areas, new irrigation system, new fuel island, chain link fencing, automatic gate system, flag pole, new site sidewalks, site and field grading, detention pond and swales, landscaping, lighting poles, fixtures, circuits, and controls for the new parking lot lighting systems, and all panels and feeders shown on the electrical drawings.– The Work shall also include all cleaning associated with the construction of the project.– 14,000GSF Pre–Engineered Metal Building systems (PEMB) over 4” and 6” reinforced concrete slab, 5 ton bridge carne, storage mezzanine, 2 hour rated steel stud wall between Office areas (5,011GSF) and Shop Areas (9,069GSF), electrical/manual overhead doors, acoustical tile ceilings, gypsum board ceilings, Cabinetry with solid surface and laminated countertops, toilet fixtures, toilet partitions, toilet accessories, exterior storefront systems, ceramic tiling, pipe bollards, carpet tile, Luxury Vinyl Plank (LVT) flooring, painted concrete, rubber floor base, wood and metal doors, hollow metal frames, domestic cold and hot water systems with tank and tankless water heaters, ventilated and heated shop areas with fume extractor(s), exhaust fans, HVAC VRF systems, HVAC Split Systems, HVAC System controller, LED lighting, Low voltage systems, ERRC System, CCTV and DATA, Diesel Fuel Generator, 2 single phase pad mounted transformers connected in high–leg configuration to provide 240V, 3 –phase (high leg) System.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than January 26, 2026.(3) Mandatory pre–bid meeting will be held on January 20, 2026.
