This includes platform configuration, integration linking, website content migration, testing, training, production cutover, and post-implementation support and stabilization services, including hypercare and transition to steady-state operations. The hosting and platform solution must be secure and managed, with support for performance monitoring, updates, backup and recovery, platform support, and Canadian data residency requirements.
The anticipated contract term is three years.
