A full-service consultant is sought to lead and manage public transit outreach and community outreach program services in coordination with agency staff. The primary objectives include increasing public awareness of the agency brand and its transit services, supporting transit goals as outlined in the agency's strategic plan, and growing ridership among both existing intercity riders and new users. In addition, the consultant will serve as a source of information about available public transit options.

The consultant will also be responsible for managing the agency's social media accounts, helping to retain and attract riders by engaging with the community across platforms. Website maintenance and management are required annually to ensure accessibility standards, improve user experience, update coding, and guarantee site stability.
