(1) Vendor needs to provide public self–service printing, photocopying, scanning and payment system. – A managed, concession based public self service printing, photocopying and scanning solution across 16 locations (including our mobile library). – Provide, commission, install and maintain all required hardware and software. (2) All questions must be submitted no later than November 21, 2025. (3) The contract period will be three years.
