A Texas agency is seeking proposals from qualified suppliers for an integrated, cloud-based public safety software suite designed for use by campus police departments. The suite must provide a comprehensive solution that includes Computer-Aided Dispatch (CAD), a Records Management System (RMS), and Mobile Field Reporting capabilities.

The software will act as a centralized digital platform, supporting all aspects of dispatch, patrol, law enforcement records management, investigative workflows, and regulatory reporting. Required features for the CAD component include integrated GIS mapping for tracking units and incidents, real-time unit status monitoring, configurable call types and priorities, dispatch notifications to mobile users, and audit logs for all activities. The RMS must offer functionalities such as a master index for persons, vehicles, and organizations; incident and offense reports with narratives and attachments; arrest and booking reports; crash and citation records; and case management for investigative reports.

The selected supplier must deliver a secure, scalable, and modern solution that enhances information accessibility, improves officer and dispatcher efficiency, and meets all relevant federal, state, and institutional IT standards. The initial contract term for this solution will be one year.
