(1) Vendor needs to provide public safety software.– Provide comprehensive Public Safety Software Suite, including Computer Aided Dispatch (CAD), Records Management System (RMS), Fleet Management, Equipment Management, Evidence Tracking, and mobile applications corresponding to the specific software purpose.– Vendor must have the ability to deploy full site licenses or enough individual licenses to cover seven Dispatch consoles, ten Mobile Data Terminals, 25 Records terminals including active report writing locations, and additional web–based terminals for support functions.– Software systems must be scalable for future growth, including additional assets, expanded areas, and future technology integration.– Software should support simultaneous entry and saving of data from multiple users across all accounts and divisions.– Vendor must submit proposals for a cloud–based solution for all aspects of the software.– The software is intended to be used on currently existing devices. If additional hardware is required for system functionality, including servers, vendor must provide all hardware and specify as such in their proposal.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than December 19, 2025.(3) The contract period will be for five years. (4) Pre–bid meeting will be held on December 17, 2025.
