Vendor needs to provide public relations services for North America (USA & Canada) to plan, develop, and implement strategic public relations and integrated marketing communications programmes for the North America market (USA and Canada). The selected Agency will support tourism destination branding, media relations, digital communications, and promotional initiatives, with a strong focus on increasing awareness and driving tourist. 1. Media relations: Organize and facilitate press conferences, media briefings, and media interviews. Prepare talking points, press statements, speeches, and media responses. 2. Digital marketing and media placement: Develop and publish approved digital content including articles, video features, and interactive media. Strategically place approved content across digital media platforms to reach and engage target audiences in North America. 3. Media monitoring and intelligence: Provide ongoing market intelligence, competitor analysis, and industry insights. Identify and advise on potential reputational risks or adverse publicity. 4. Events and collaborations: Organize promotional events and media familiarization trips to highlight tourism offerings. Coordinate joint promotional activities including travel fairs, trade shows, and collaborative campaigns. 5. Direct mail and database marketing: The agency shall manage targeted database marketing activities including compilation, segmentation, distribution, tracking, and reporting of direct mail and e–newsletter campaigns, in compliance with applicable data protection and privacy regulations in the USA and Canada. 6. Digital marketing and social media: The agency shall support tourism digital presence through content creation, content calendar management, community engagement, analytics, reporting, and crisis monitoring for digital platforms. 7. Integrated marketing communications, media communication, press and PR: The agency shall support the client through public relations execution aligned with the approved marketing programme; media engagement, destination and product publicity, and corporate profiling; press material distribution to trade and consumer media; media familiarization trips and coverage support; interview coordination, messaging and speechwriting support; reputation management and response strategies for negative or inaccurate publicity.
