A New York agency is seeking a qualified vendor to deliver comprehensive public relations, marketing, and design services. The selected provider will support the marketing and publicizing of the agency, including promoting key issues to state and national media for coverage across online publications, newsletters, and governmental websites.

Responsibilities will include making recommendations to enhance the agency's social media presence and website visibility, with follow-through on approved strategies. The vendor will facilitate consultations, organize and support press conferences, assist with speech writing, and arrange interviews with leading town officials for media distribution. Design services are required for various materials such as flyers, posters, brochures, social media graphics, and newsletters.

The vendor will also offer consultation and creative design support for advertising and marketing initiatives, as well as publicize resources, programs, events, and notable accomplishments. This contract will have a one-year term.
