(1) Vendor needs to provide public relations services.– Providing public relations services.– Be available for consultation representatives on an as needed basis.– Prepare and place all press releases.– Respond to press inquiries.– Attend all press conferences.– Prepare and place all advertisements.– Assist with television media.– Prepare and provide all cost estimates for all proposed special projects.– Handle any other matters requiring the expertise of a public relations professional.(2) The contract period will be for one year.
