The agency seeks a vendor to provide comprehensive public relations, marketing strategy, media relations, and crisis communication services. The scope includes creating, designing, writing, producing, and distributing authorized marketing and communication collateral, with involvement in copywriting, graphic design, printing, and digital distribution. Additional duties include researching, developing, and maintaining media information packages for Board-approved initiatives, incorporating relevant data and analysis.
The selected vendor will support special event planning and execution, engaging media, stakeholders, and the community, and create a structured content calendar for consistent and relevant messaging. Leveraging original photography and video content for enhanced storytelling and audience engagement is essential. The agency operates 24/7, requiring the vendor to provide immediate media relations and communications support during crises or emergencies.
