Vendor needs to provide public relations firm service. • Public relations consultant or firm to develop and execute a strategic public relations program that increases the visibility, credibility and influence of the association, its members and the place management profession overall. • Clearly articulating and reinforcing the economic, social and community value of urban place management organizations. • Increasing awareness and understanding of research, advocacy, events, awards and professional development initiatives • Develop a comprehensive public relations strategy aligned with 2030 Strategic Plan, priority initiatives and key stakeholder audiences • Identify opportunities to shape and influence long–term narratives about downtowns, place management and urban investment • Develop and support compelling key messaging that resonates with urban place management organizations, business and property owners, government partners, policymakers, downtown communities, media and general public. • Develop and execute proactive media outreach strategies. • Build and maintain relationships with relevant national, regional, trade and business media. • Provide PR support for priority initiatives, including annual conferences, research releases, advocacy efforts, awards programs and major organizational announcements. • Establish clear metrics and KPIs tied to awareness, influence and narrative impact.
