(1) Vendor needs to provide public relations consulting services. – The selected firm or individual will be expected to provide services that may include, but are not limited to: • Strategic public relations planning and consultation, • Media relations and press release development • Crisis communication support, • Social media strategy, content creation and management, • Public outreach campaigns, • Support for events, public meetings, and community initiatives (2) All the questions must be submitted no later than December 30, 2025.
