This RFP seeks a vendor to provide comprehensive public relations and strategic communications services. Responsibilities include anticipating, analyzing, and interpreting public opinion and issues that may affect the organization's operations and reputation.

The contractor will offer strategic counsel, message development, and promotional support for agency priorities. Key deliverables include the creation of an annual public relations strategy and plan, drafting and distributing press releases, advisories, and media kits, as well as assisting with the planning and execution of public events, openings, and community meetings.

The goal of these services is to boost positive media coverage, elevate brand awareness, and engage stakeholders, policymakers, and the public. The contract will be awarded for a period of three years.
