(1) Vendor needs to provide public relations and information services.– Provide professional public relations and community information services in connection with a proposed capital improvement bond referendum.– The primary goal is to ensure the community is fully informed about the scope, financial impact, and benefits of the proposed projects.• Services to be Provided– Develop and implement a comprehensive communications plan and timeline to support the bond process from referendum adoption through the public vote.– Identify key stakeholder groups and recommend outreach strategies tailored to each audience– Draft clear, fact‐based informational content describing the bond proposal, project scope, tax impact, and community benefits.– Produce and edit materials such as newsletters, FAQs, press releases, presentations, fact sheets, flyers, web and social media content– Develop and manage a media relations plan, including press engagement, editorial submissions, and interview preparation.– Assist in planning and promoting public information sessions, community meetings, and school tours– Support the agency’s website and social media channels with timely updates and informational posts– Attend regular coordination meetings with Agency administration and/or Board representatives.– Provide progress reports outlining activities completed, upcoming milestones, and measurable outcomes– Assist in developing and analyzing community feedback instruments(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than December 12, 2025
