The public relations and communications service provider will be required to have specialist knowledge and expertise to increase visibility and support to engage with our audience. Expertise in crisis communications to build or protect our reputation. Experience in provision of social media content, analytics and reporting. Capacity to provide communications support as required. Ability to track metrics such as media mentions, sentiment, reach, and engagement, to understand the ROI of our public relations and communication activities.
