Vendor needs to provide public relation and marketing services to the government authority located in Union, NJ. – Provide factual, informational, graphic, and educational communication services, working with the District and the District’s Architect, in clearly explaining the proposed referendum and its impact to the community. – Develop a referendum communications plan aligned with statutory and ethical requirements. – Establish communication timelines coordinated with District milestones. – Prepare clear, neutral, and factual written and visual materials, including: Website and digital content, Presentations and graphics for public meetings, Email and social media. – Advise on community engagement strategies. – Coordinate responses to media and public inquiries in collaboration with District administration. – Assist with referendum-related web page development, updates and social media messaging. – Ensure accessibility and clarity for diverse community audiences. – Review materials for compliance with applicable laws governing public communications related to referenda. – Media and community outreach support. – Messaging tools for Board and administrative use.
