Vendor needs to provide public private partnership services for venue upgrades and a mixed–use condotel and entertainment district adjacent to Vaught-Hemingway Stadium to the government authority located in Oxford, MS. This program reflects a minimum strategic and opportunistic scale that the University, based on market research, believes would provide the necessary level of support to meet the current desires on campus at Ole Miss. The University, however, is open to variations and increases to scale within the proposed program, as well as the incorporation of additional assets, including multifamily rental housing, that enhance and strengthen the District and its year–round activation.
