DESCRIPTION
The selected vendor will provide a comprehensive public life activation event service designed to engage the community and enhance public spaces throughout the agency's jurisdiction. Services will include organizing a variety of group-based and interactive activities that foster civic pride, promote health and wellness, and celebrate the city's diverse cultural heritage.
Key offerings will encompass fitness and recreation activities, interactive enrichment and visual art experiences, wellness initiatives, community-oriented performance art, and special event production. The vendor will also be responsible for delivering community engagement and learning opportunities, implementing park enhancement amenities, and supporting capital project prototyping.
Additional components may involve executing mobile activity courses or pop-up recreation events, community fitness events such as fun runs or field days, family-oriented sports and games, creative music and media learning activities, and guided art sessions in parks or other public spaces. Live painting, mural art at community gatherings, and a range of visual arts workshops are also expected as part of the service portfolio.
