Identify and track metrics for outreach, participation and engagement. Use of social media and digital platforms for outreach. Development of electronic communications (email, newsletters). Incorporate the area planning and community engagement workbook and citywide engagement strategy. Include a statistically valid survey at the beginning of the process to capture baseline community input. Outline engagement phases and methods (online and in-person). Identify and track metrics for outreach, participation and engagement. Multi-lingual translation services for all engagement activities.
