Vendor needs to provide public communications and community outreach support services include preparing the outreach plan, coordinating with stakeholders, planning and facilitating public meetings, producing collateral, engaging with underserved communities, maintaining a stakeholder database, tracking performance metrics, and preparing a final outreach summary report. A pre–bid conference will be held on February 18, 2026. All questions must be submitted no later than February 20, 2026. A contract period will be for one year.
