This RFP seeks a qualified contractor to provide public art and interpretive signage services in British Columbia, Canada. The successful vendor will be responsible for writing, designing, fabricating, and installing four interpretive panels that narrate the story and its significance, guided by an already developed theme and key messages.
An artist has been engaged for the design of the public art panels and for design elements for the interpretive panels. Construction activities for this project are restricted to Monday through Friday from 7:30 a.m. to 7:00 p.m., and Saturdays from 9:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.
Questions regarding the RFP must be submitted no later than March 13, 2026.
Best-fit vendors:
• Experience in creating interpretive signage and public art installations
• Familiarity with storytelling and educational panel fabrication
• Ability to manage design-to-installation projects
• Knowledge of local permitting and construction restrictions in British Columbia
