Vendor needs to provide public and media relations services.– Provide ad hoc graphic design services including creating designs for hardcopy flyers, posters and banners.– Create content, including graphics, reels and captions, for social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter/X and YouTube, that increases and enhances social media presence.– Utilize social media management platforms to schedule and manage content posted to social media platforms – Utilize social media listening platforms to monitor social media mentions of leadership, and notify staff within one business day from when the mention posted to social media platform– Assist with crisis communication responses, including brainstorming, writing and/or editing statements. All question must be submitted no later than February 20, 2026. A contract term will be for one year.
