Vendor needs to provide public affairs consulting services.– Providing strategic guidance and technical expertise, and public outreach support tailored to a diverse, bilingual community– Researching, advising, developing, and implementing comprehensive public education and engagement campaigns related to funding opportunities– Services shall include: • Testing key messaging to determine levels of support for various funding strategies • Identifying various funding options and their viability within the County community; evaluating strategic advantages and disadvantages of various methods to fund future improvements • Identifying which election cycle would be the most appropriate • Designing and executing inclusive public outreach and education campaigns • Navigating legal and regulatory requirements • Coordinating communications with stakeholders throughout the process • Implementing a comprehensive education and communications plan. All questions must be submitted no later than March 3, 2026. The contract period will be for one year.
