A qualified vendor is sought to deliver comprehensive public address and air show sound services at Fairchild. The selected provider will be responsible for the transportation, setup, and operation of a self-contained sound system and control point trailer, ensuring the system is fully functional before the air show dry run on Friday morning.

The vendor must supply a 10-channel sound mixing system, facilitate sound production and background music before and after flying events, and support wide area coverage through direct interface with other required systems. The scope includes providing redundant UHF/VHF radios integrated into the PA system, enabling selective broadcasting of pilot air-to-ground communications, with a 'let’s go to the air' radio interconnect/mixer for cockpit-to-ground narration.

The system should offer auto-ducking features on a setup of five microphones (three wired, two wireless with a 750-foot line-of-sight range) and support multiple input formats including CD, computer, and USB. Additionally, the vendor must provide an Air Boss/Narrator workstation with adjustable height for full runway visibility, as well as all necessary generators and support equipment to ensure seamless operation throughout the air show event.
