A California campus is seeking a qualified vendor for the installation of an Emergency Broadcast Public Address (PA) system with voice paging and comprehensive outdoor coverage. The system must be designed to deliver clear, high-intelligibility voice announcements for staff paging, general communications, and emergency messaging across the entire campus.

All components of the public address system are required to be commercial-grade and suitable for outdoor installation, with appropriate weatherproof ratings such as IP65 or IP66 to guard against dust, water intrusion, and UV exposure. The installation must adhere to all relevant electrical codes and safety standards, and the contractor will be responsible for providing all necessary safety equipment, specialized tools, materials, and labor.

The PA system will include a multi-zone mixer, allowing for messages to be directed to individual campus areas, groups of areas, or the entire facility as needed. A desk-mounted push-to-talk microphone or phone handset will be installed at the recreation center's main office to facilitate easy access for announcements. The scope of work will be carried out over a one-year contract period.
