Vendor needs to provide public address system. The Agency is seeking to install an Emergency Broadcast Public Address system (“PA system”) with voice paging capabilities, designed to provide comprehensive audio coverage throughout the campus. Commercial grade: All components must be commercial–grade and withstand outdoor elements. Weatherproofing: All outdoor speakers, cabling, and enclosures must have appropriate IP ratings (e.g., IP65, IP66) for protection against dust, water, and UV exposure. Safety standards: All work must comply with applicable electrical codes and safety standards. The contractor is responsible for providing all necessary safety equipment. Vendor requirements: The vendor will supply all labor, materials, and specialized equipment (e.g., lifts, ladders) needed to complete the installation. System functionality: Clear voice announcements: The system must provide high–intelligibility voice for staff pages, general announcements, and emergency messages. Zoning: The system must include a multi–zone mixer that allows for announcements to be broadcast to individual areas, groups of areas, or the entire park. Push–to–talk or phone handset microphone: A desk–mounted, push–to–talk microphone or phone handset will be located at the recreation centre’s main office for pipeline access. All questions must be submitted no later than February 5, 2026. The contract period will be for one year. Pre–bid meeting will be held on January 29, 2026.
