KEY REQUIREMENTS

Must be an independent certified public accounting firm
Must comply with U.S. GAAS, 2024 GAGAS, and Florida Auditor General Chapter 10.700
Must maintain independence in fact and appearance
Must provide a written inventory of financial, business, employment, family, network, affiliate, subcontractor and nonattest-service relationships
Must disclose all material uses of artificial intelligence, machine learning, or autonomous agents
Must be registered with and use the E-Verify system
Must provide an affidavit attesting that the contractor does not use coercion for labor or services
