(1) Vendor needs to provide provincial genomic data platform.– Solution must be architected as a software–as–a–service (SaaS) platform to support the demands of a provincial genomic data environment.– Platform should have the potential to integrate seamlessly with existing systems within healthcare ecosystem.– Easily accessible and interoperable between different systems used across and capture real–time data sharing capabilities across the network.– Genomic platform adapts to clinical innovations and is flexible to accommodate the integration of new data sources and capabilities over the long term.– Platform should be flexible to accommodate changes to data exchange and terminology standards, as well as international, national, and provincial interoperability standards and expectations.– Platform enables secure storage, analysis, and sharing of genomic data, allowing for evidence–based decisions and personalized care.– Hospital and community–based clinicians, including physicians and allied health professionals, receive better genomic insights for clinical decision–making.– Platform should support the use of the provincial authentication and authorization solution ONE ID by clinical users.– Platform should support secondary data analysis, including essential quality control and preprocessing capabilities such as trimming, filtering, and alignment.– Provide intuitive visualization tools to support genomic data exploration. Essential features include the ability to display distributions of genomic variants, gene coverage, and population–level frequencies using clear charts or heatmaps.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than December 19, 2025.(3) The contract period will be for two years.
