A vendor is sought to provide comprehensive services for the design, development, integration, and deployment of prototype technologies in Florida. The project scope includes the creation of high frame rate, real-time simulation systems capable of executing complex, correlated flight simulations for multiple platforms. These systems should leverage advanced computation, such as graphics processor-based solutions, to achieve the necessary performance benchmarks.

The solution must also include emulation and simulation of midcourse and navigation environments, specifically supporting real-time projection and injection capabilities for Positioning, Navigation, and Timing (PNT) systems like Global Navigation Satellite System (GNSS) as well as alternative PNT technologies. Additionally, the prototype should effectively model propagation, environmental, and countermeasure effects.
