(1) Vendor needs to provide property tax system.– Firms to implement, configure, migrate existing data, provide training, and transition for a comprehensive property tax software– The Proposed Software must include a self–serve portal for residents and integrate with other corporate systems via Application Programming Interface (API).– The Proposed Software must tightly integrate ARC GIS, on–line services, and other agency–wide applications to satisfy the Functional and Technical requirements– Deliverables, which includes installation, configuration, migration of existing data, testing, and providing training• Service must include the following– Communication and maintaining up–to–date project timelines clearly outlining planned and completed milestones.– Identifying and mitigating risks– Facilitate the planning and execution of each milestone– Create and set up servers (if required)– Perform the initial set up of the Proposed Software– Provide training to administration and Information Technology staff of all configurations– Develop and monitor an approved testing plan of the data– Transition data from the Current Software to the Proposed Software– Work with the city to ensure a clean and smooth transition of the– Provide and execute an approved transition plan(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than January 20, 2026.
