The State of Florida is seeking vendors to provide a secure platform for property tax oversight certification, training, testing, and proctoring services. Vendors must support integration with live, human-based, real-time exam proctoring services. The system should accommodate both test-taker and departmental payment options, with proctoring services available 24/7, 365 days a year by appointment. Additionally, vendors should offer in-person testing at their facilities, supported by human proctors.
