The government authority located in Honolulu, Hawaii is seeking a vendor to provide comprehensive property management services. Responsibilities will include developing and implementing a marketing plan for vacant units, preparing and posting listings on relevant rental platforms, responding to rental inquiries, conducting property showings, and maintaining accurate prospect logs and waitlists.
The selected vendor will also be responsible for receiving and processing rental applications. A virtual pre-proposal conference is scheduled for March 12, 2026, and questions regarding the RFP must be submitted no later than March 13, 2026. The initial contract term will be three years.
