A government authority in Springfield, Massachusetts is seeking a vendor to provide comprehensive property management services. The scope of work includes delivering first-class property management for agency residents, transit commuters, tenants, visitors, and the general public.

Services required encompass general property management, financial management with reporting and record keeping, oversight and management of tenancies, marketing initiatives, security and janitorial services, life safety systems, mechanical, electrical and plumbing system maintenance, as well as general repair and maintenance. Exterior maintenance and parking facility management are also integral parts of the contract.

Vendors are required to submit questions no later than March 9, 2026. The contract will have a three-year term. A non-mandatory site visit is scheduled for March 5, 2026.
